No More Izzy!

Ok, I know some people are jumping up and down cheering loudly but I am sitting quietly wishing it wasn't true.  I LOVE IZZY!  By now you know I'm a HUGE Grey's Anatomy fan.  I stuck thru the whole dead Denny ghost story, wishing Derek and Merideth would get together only to have them married on a post it and now this: Izzy is gone.  On Friday's newsstand you will see this cover with the story about how Katherine Heigl is now done with Grey's.  "We just finalized our agreement," says Heigl.  "Everyone has been working really hard to find an amicable and gracious way of letting go and moving on.  It's sad but it's what I wanted."

Heigl says it was family not films that led her to asking out of her contract 18 months early.  She and husband Josh Kelley adopted a little girl late last year.  Her last date was the January 21st episode.  Hmph, so sad.  :(
