A woman pretending to be a doctor in South Florida was arrested today (Thursday) and charged in the death of a woman who authorities say died after she was injected with toxic substances in a butt-enhancement procedure.

Oneal Morris, who goes by the name "the Duchess," wore medical scrubs and a stethoscope when she treated her customers, who included a 31-year-old mother named Shatarka Nuby. She reportedly paid Morris hundreds of dollars for her to make a house-call and inject her butt, hips, thighs and breasts with a substance. According to Broward County Sheriff's deputies, Morris allegedly used Super Glue to seal those injections.

Before Nuby's death in March, she wrote Department of Health investigators. Deputies say the 32-year-old Morris injected her clients -- including Nuby -- with a variety of toxic substances, including bathroom caulk, cement, Fix-A-Flat and mineral oil.
