MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - The place that makes Palermo’s Pizza will soon get bigger. The state is giving a 342 thousand tax break to Palermo Villa of Milwaukee to expand its four-year-old plant in the city’s Menomonee Valley.
The project is expected to cost 22 million dollars and create 56 new jobs. It will include a larger production area, and more amenities for the workers. Palermo’s current plant covers 135 thousand square feet. It includes production and storage facilities, a retail store, and pizzeria café, and more.
