ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WTAQ) - The person of interest in five restaurant burglaries in Ashwaubenon has been arrested in Chicago. 45-year-old Sidney Earl Hawkins Jr. will be brought in for questioning related to the break-ins at El Sarape, Reema's Taste of Chicago, Chef Chu's and Crystal Coffee Cafe, between June 6th and the 15th.
Corrections officials are working on extraditing Hawkins back to Wisconsin. Meantime, Ashwaubenon Public Safety is still investigating the incidents. If you have any information about the cases, you are asked to contact Public Safety at (920) 492-2995.
