FOX POINT, Wis. (WTAQ) - Police officers in Fox Point are cleared by the investigation of the shooting death of Curtis Gerard. The chief says his officers acted by the book when they pursued Gerard after he allegedly robbed a store. The officer's dashboard camera shows Gerard pulling into a driveway on a dead-end street and opening fire when the officers told him to get out of his car. They did return the fire, but the shot that killed Gerard came from his own gun.
