GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - The man dubbed the "Flat Tire Bandit" has formally been charged with using a fake ID to obtain money, theft and criminal damage to property.
Police say 50-year-old John Johnson used a scam on unsuspecting women at Green Bay area stores. They allege Johnson would flatten the tires, offer to help the women, gain access inside their cars and steal items.
Ashwaubenon Public Safety says if you were victimized by Johnson, officers want to hear from you.
