MARINETTE COUNTY, Wis. (WTAQ) - A man has been found dead inside a Marinette County home destroyed by fire.
Sheriff's officials aren't releasing the 77-year-old man's name, but Friday afternoon, authorities found his body among the ruins of the home.
The fire broke out around 11:30 p.m. Thursday on Miles Road in the Town of Porterfield. It was called in by a passer-by. Officials are still investigating the cause.
