FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (WTAQ) - A former Fox Valley DJ will spend at least 2 years in a Virginia prison for trying to solicit sex from a minor. 

Richard Kieffer, who went by the name of Rich Allen at WVBO-FM, was sentenced Friday to a total of 10 years, but the judge suspended the final 8 years on the condition of good behavior.

He was also given 5 years probation, which he can ask to have transferred to Wisconsin.
