GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A 50-year-old man accused of sexual assault was arrested Friday in Green Bay by U.S. Marshals.
Authorities say Michael Rhoades was spotted exiting a soup kitchen in the 1200 block of Velp Avenue.
Fond du Lac County sheriff’s say Rhoades is charged with allegedly sexually assaulted a disabled woman.
He is also accused of sexually assaulting a woman running on a Fond du Lac area trail.
